Before releasing elderly, seriously ill, or disabled prisoners who cannot care for themselves, this prison will notify family members or persons deemed appropriate by the prisoner to come to the prison for pickup. If notification is impossible or the notified party refuses pickup, this prison will submit relevant documentation to the social welfare authorities of the municipality, county (city) where the prisoner is registered for referral placement or other necessary arrangements. This prison will also notify relevant individuals, legal entities, organizations, or agencies (institutions) before a prisoner's release in accordance with other regulatory requirements.
