Article 76, Paragraph 1 of Prison Act: "Money and items carried by prisoners, acquired in prison, or sent from outside shall be inspected and stored by the prison. However, when deemed necessary and without risk of disrupting prison order or security, prisoners may be permitted to use such items in prison, or upon the prisoner's request, have them retrieved by others." Therefore, if a prisoner wishes to have items stored by this prison retrieved by others during their incarceration, the prisoner must write a written report detailing the items to be retrieved and the reason, along with the name, relationship, and address of the person retrieving the items. After approval by this prison, the applicant will directly notify the designated person to come to the prison to complete the retrieval.
