2. To process a prisoner's seal certification, the prisoner must first complete an application form and power of attorney to submit to this prison. After approval, this prison will send documentation to the household registration office in the prisoner's registered domicile. The appointed person (relative) must bring the seal and national ID card to the household registration office to complete the process.
3. To process borrowing of ID cards, the prisoner must complete an application form and power of attorney to submit to this prison. After approval, this prison will notify the prisoner to contact the appointed person to come to the prison for borrowing.
