  1. Prisoner visitation methods and processing times:
    • Visitation frequency is determined according to the inmate's progressive treatment level. Visitation frequency:
      • Level 4 prisoners: once per week (limited to family members and relatives, including cohabitants).
      • Level 3 prisoners: once or twice per week.
      • Level 2 prisoners: once every three days.
      • Level 1 prisoners: no restrictions, but must not affect prison management and discipline. Other prisoners not subject to progressive treatment: once per week.
    • Registration time for visitation is Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:30. Each visit is limited to no more than 3 people, with children under 12 years of age not counted in this limitation.
    • Visitors to the prison must bring identification cards and documents proving their relationship with the prisoner, which will be verified against the prison's records. Those without identification documents or whose identity is not in the prison's records will not be permitted to visit.
    • At the main entrance, visitors must complete a visitation application form (menu), submit it with identification documents, and be processed in order of arrival. Upon hearing the inmate's number broadcasted, visitors enter for inspection, wait in the waiting room, then are transported by prison shuttle to the internal visitation room. After inspection, visitors are given a number plate for seating. Upon completion of the visit, they return to the main entrance via the same shuttle.
    • Visitors assigned to specific seats may not exchange seats. The visitation room supervisor continuously checks, and if unauthorized seat exchanges are detected, the visit will be canceled and the inmate will be disciplined according to prison regulations.
  2. Correspondence regulations:
    • Level 4 prisoners may be permitted to meet with relatives and exchange correspondence.
    • Level 3 and above prisoners may, within a scope that does not hinder rehabilitation, be permitted to meet with non-relatives and exchange correspondence.
    • Visitation and letter-sending frequency for each level of prisoners is as follows:
      • Level 4 prisoners: once per week.
      • Level 3 prisoners: once or twice per week.
      • Level 2 prisoners: once every three days.
      • Level 1 prisoners: no restrictions. Prisoners may be permitted to correspond with relatives and non-relatives within a scope that does not hinder rehabilitation.
