Measures for Prisoners' "Sentence Reduction" and "Parole

1. Prisoners serving sentences in this prison shall have their sentences reduced once for each month of execution starting from the month following their arrival, as decided by the Prison Affairs Committee, which shall inform the prisoner and report to the Agency of Corrections for reference.
2. Sentence reduction day regulations
• Level 4 or ungraded prisoners shall have their sentences reduced by four days per month.
• Level 3 prisoners shall have their sentences reduced by eight days per month.
• Level 2 prisoners shall have their sentences reduced by twelve days per month.
• Level 1 prisoners shall have their sentences reduced by sixteen days per month.
3. Level 1 prisoners who meet the legal requirements for parole shall be promptly reported for parole.
4. Level 2 prisoners who have adapted to social life and meet the legal requirements for parole may be reported for parole.
